Once again Cambridge is sending a contingent to attend the annual Ohio Health Care Association Convention and Expo, taking place May 13-16 in Columbus. “We are looking forward to connecting and reconnecting with fellow healthcare professionals,” said Zach Scardina, Cambridge Realty Capital Vice President.
Billed as Ohio’s largest gathering of post-acute and long-term care professionals, the convention is a time for learning, sharing insider knowledge, and networking with other like-minded professionals. The four-day event will feature educational sessions and inspirational speakers, as well as exhibitors from a variety of healthcare-related businesses, including a booth hosted by Cambridge Realty Capital. A wide range of healthcare-related topics will be covered over the four days of sessions, including presentations on staff retention, OSHA inspection readiness, dementia care, fall prevention, palliative care, Medicaid issues, and a variety of legal topics, plus numerous others. The event also includes a golf outing and a president’s dinner.
“Cambridge is excited to be back in Columbus supporting the Ohio Health Care Association,” said Scardina, who will be representing Cambridge along with Managing Director Tony Marino and Originator John Gast. “We would love to see our colleagues and clients drop by our booth for a chat.”
Scardina remarked that operators who are looking to refinance should be prepared “should we see a decline in interest rates in the second half of 2024.” He added, “We would love to talk and strategize with you. We can bring you up to speed on our recent transaction activity. We would also be happy to give you our views on the current debt markets and discuss how Cambridge can help you achieve your real estate financing needs.”
