Cambridge Realty Capital is once again gearing up to attend the annual Ohio Health Care Association (OHCA) Convention and Expo, taking place May 5–8, 2025, in Columbus, Ohio.

“We’re always excited to connect with new and familiar faces in the healthcare community,” said Zach Scardina, Vice President at Cambridge Realty Capital. “This event is a great opportunity to share knowledge and stay current with industry trends.”

Recognized as Ohio’s premier event for post-acute and long-term care professionals, the four-day convention promises a dynamic lineup of educational sessions, expert speakers, and a robust exhibit hall featuring top organizations across the healthcare spectrum. Cambridge will once again host a booth and engage with attendees throughout the event.

This year’s agenda includes deep dives into key topics like staff retention strategies, dementia care innovations, fall prevention techniques, OSHA inspection readiness, palliative care trends, and Medicaid policy updates. Attendees can also look forward to sessions on healthcare law, leadership development, and more. The convention will also feature networking events such as a golf outing and the President’s Dinner.

Scardina and Managing Director Tony Marino will be representing Cambridge at the event. “We invite all of our clients, colleagues, and industry peers to stop by our booth,” Scardina said. “Whether you’re exploring financing options or just want to catch up, we’d love to talk.”

In addition, Scardina shared, “We’re here to help strategize and guide you through the current market landscape. Let’s talk about what Cambridge has been working on, how we view the evolving debt markets, and how we can support your real estate financing goals in 2025 and beyond.”
