Cambridge Realty Capital Companies recently closed a $7,383,599 HUD-insured loan for Pontiac Supportive Living, a 60-bed Supportive Living facility located in the Metropolitan Chicago area.
Jeffrey A. Davis, Cambridge Chairman, said “The loan was underwritten by Cambridge Realty Capital Ltd. of Illinois, our specialists in FHA-insured HUD loans.” The facility is staffed with nursing aides 24 hours per day. Amenities include on-site dining, transportation assistance, weekly housekeeping and laundry, and regular community activities.
